she will wake up monday and wednesday regardless of whether or not the coin is heads or tails. the real question is whether or not it's a tuesday. this means she only has a 50% chance of waking up on tuesday. it's more likely that it is a monday or a wedesday, given that these events occur regardless of whether the coin is heads or tails.

good, but she doesn't get the question on wednesday, so she doesn't have to do anything that day. on wednesday she doesn't remember being asked anything at all, just that it happened either once or twice, depending on the coin toss she didn't see. so the other 50% chance has to be monday, right? it's still even.

that's assuming she didn't just sleep straight through monday and tuesday, of course.
